Jenny, Redsmith’s production still, took almost a year to build in house and is truly a one of a kind pot still.
Made almost entirely of copper, Jenny, although small, incorporates features that would not be out of place on a much larger still:
- Rectifying column with ten bubble plates
- Carterhead (where some of the botanicals are placed)
- Shell and tube condenser
Jenny distills her small batches of gin very slowly. It is time well spent, we are delighted with the London Dry Gin and all the spirits she produces.
