Redsmith Dry Apple gin is labelled to reflect a limited edition status and availability.
Distilled with Bramley apple and a range of carefully selected botanicals.
This gin has a sweeteness that comes only from infusion with the Bramley apples.
Bottled at 40% abv.
Nose
Soft juniper with suggestion of sweetness followed by crisp apple notes.
To taste
The initial burst of sugared almond sweetness rises to rich herbal notes which in turn give way to a crisp apple finish.
Juniper is present throughout.
The gin is botanically sweetened, the sweetness comes only from the infused apples. No additional sugar is added.
